Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and validation activities for automatic transmission systems.
• Design and develop components aligned with performance, durability, and functional requirements.
• Plan and execute validation testing, including test plans, bill of materials (BOM), and test schedules.
• Support test cell setup, instrumentation, debugging, and execution of validation programs.
• Perform root cause analysis of test issues, failures, and stoppages; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, calibration, thermal management, and engine engineering teams.
• Analyze test data and generate validation reports with actionable recommendations.
• Lead post-test inspection activities and documentation of results.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in powertrain engineering.
• Experience with data acquisition and calibration tools, including ETAS-INCA and Vector CANalyzer.

Preferences:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments.
