This position works closely with Production Procurement Logistics Warehouse and Sales teams to monitor demand manage inventory levels and support daily production schedules.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and inventory requirements.Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement to prevent shortages.Analyze inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize stock while minimizing excess inventory.Support monthly weekly and daily production planning activities.Review production performance and prepare planning and inventory reports.Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams regarding inbound and outbound materials.Maintain planning and inventory data within ERP systems.Track KPIs including inventory turnover production attainment material shortages and delivery performance.Assist with forecasting activities and capacity planning.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain efficiency and cost reduction.Prepare presentations and reports for management review.Perform other duties as assigned.Education & ExperienceBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Industrial Engineering Logistics or a related field.0 to 3 years of experience in production planning supply chain logistics or manufacturing operations.Manufacturing experience preferred.Benefits Offered Full-Time EmployeesNo-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical dental vision and prescription benefits.Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401k Retirement Savings Plan with several investmentoptions.Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time.
