We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven PPC Specialist for our client in Burbank. You will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a personal injury law firm. This role is critical to driving qualified leads through strategic use of paid search, display, and social advertising. 

Position Details:
  • Salary: $90,000-$150,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategies focused on generating high-quality personal injury leads (e.g., auto accidents, workers’ compensation, slip and fall cases)
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research targeting high-intent legal search queries
  • Write compelling, compliant ad copy tailored to legal audiences and local markets
  • Optimize landing pages in collaboration with marketing/web teams to improve conversion rates
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns, focusing on maximizing case acquisition and ROI
  • Monitor and adjust bidding strategies, including manual and automated bidding models
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, extensions, and landing pages to improve performance
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per case, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking (calls, forms, chat inquiries) using tools such as Google Tag Manager
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to outperform in competitive legal markets
  • Ensure all advertising complies with legal marketing regulations and platform policies
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience with a personal injury law firm
  • Proven experience managing campaigns in high CPC industries (legal, insurance, finance, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with call tracking and lead attribution tools (e.g., CallRail or similar)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Familiarity with local SEO and its integration with PPC campaigns
  • Experience with remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation
  • Knowledge of HIPAA or legal advertising compliance standards (where applicable)
  • Basic understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) and landing page UX
