About the Role:
Job Summary
Responsible for the development and execution of public relations and marketing for Northeast Georgia Health System. Works independently, providing PR guidance to executive leaders, service line directors, managers and physicians and determining strategy for marketing and promotion to help achieve volume goals for multiple accounts/departments. Thinks critically to identify and initiate opportunities for integration into service area communities. Develops and implements documented marketing plans in collaboration with other PR/Marketing staff members, Planning and Regional Network Development staff, and tracks data to report results and improve campaign performance. Responsibilities also include the coordination of hospital publications, development of special purpose brochures, coordination of special events and health education programs, assistance with media relations and effectively maintaining the organization's brand. Should excel in writing for web, social media, and the press; distilling complex messages and tailoring for various audiences; producing video content; managing budgets; strategy development and campaign design and execution.
