Introduction: 

This position supports a new original video subscription service featuring original shows, movies, and documentaries from the world’s most creative storytellers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in strategic billing and purchase order development and execution within the entertainment industry
  • Proven track record of tracking budgets and financial planning
  • Ability to determine resources, track costs and establish partnerships across various departments
  • Proactive thinker who is able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in contract review and cost analysis
  • Experience managing vendor and external partner setups
  • Familiarity with global publicity, studio communications, and talent relations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic operational support to the financial management of budgeting, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders, and daily invoices
  • Manage timely reporting and analyze actuals vs. budget cost reports to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues quickly
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Finance, Travel, Business Affairs, and Legal, in the creation and vetting of budgets
  • Assist in contract review and cost analysis processes in conjunction with Finance and Procurement
  • Manage the setup of vendors and external partners in collaboration with Procurement
  • Other duties as assigned
