Temporary, Paid Internship (Fall 2026) Duration: September 8 - December 24, 2026Location: New York, Fashion District
We're looking for a PR Intern to join 1Milk2Sugars for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, hourly internship designed to provide hands-on agency experience. You'll work alongside our PR team on day-to-day projects while gaining mentorship and building a portfolio of real client work.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred; minimum of 3 days per week (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET).Compensation: $18.00 Hourly, Students may also receive academic credit in addition to pay if approved by their institution. This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and interns will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.
What you'll do
Monitor media coverage and compile reports Draft press materials and assist with media outreach Support event planning and influencer engagement Maintain media databases Coordinate mailers and product send-outs Conduct research on venues, influencers, and trends Provide general administrative and reception support Other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
Strong interest in PR, media, and beauty/lifestyle industries Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to collaborate as well as work independently Availability to support occasional events outside regular business hours Comfort with physical tasks such as packing mailers (lifting up to 25 lbs, as needed)
Nice-to-have
Previous agency or office experience Familiarity with beauty influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
