Are you passionate about the intersection of AI/ML and partner ecosystems? Do you thrive when building strategy from ambiguity and driving measurable impact at global scale? AWS is looking for a Principal-level WW Partner GTM Specialist to own and drive our worldwide AI GSI go-to-market strategy.

In this role, you will serve as the single-threaded owner of how AWS partners with global systems integrators - Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and others - to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. GSIs represent the primary delivery and implementation channel for enterprise AI workloads, and this role is responsible for defining the strategic framework, driving co-sell activation motions, and accelerating AI-attributable LARR through the GSI ecosystem.

This is a highly autonomous role that requires the ability to create strategy from ambiguity and execute with minimal oversight. You will independently define strategic frameworks, prioritize across dozens of GSI AI practices globally, and drive cross-organizational alignment with PDMs, Service GTM, field teams, and GSI alliance leaders. You will influence senior GSI executives at the Practice Lead, Managing Director, and CTO level to deepen AWS AI platform commitments and expand joint customer engagements.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own and drive the worldwide AI GSI go-to-market strategy, defining the strategic framework for how AWS partners with global systems integrators to accelerate enterprise AI adoption
  • Develop and maintain the GSI AI partner prioritization framework, aligning field teams, Service GTM, and Partner Development to the highest-value GSI AI practices and joint solutions
  • Drive customer adoption through GSI-led customer engagements, establishing measurable pipeline targets and co-sell activation motions across the GSI portfolio
  • Build and execute joint GTM plays with strategic GSIs including joint solution development, co-marketing, and co-sell programs
  • Drive cross-organizational alignment across PDMs, WW Service GTM, regional field teams, and GSI alliance leaders to ensure cohesive execution of AI GSI strategy
  • Influence senior GSI executives (Practice Leads, Managing Directors, CTO-level) to deepen AWS AI platform commitments and expand joint customer engagements
  • Define and scale GSI AI competency and enablement programs that accelerate GSI delivery capacity on AWS AI services
  • Represent AWS AI GSI GTM strategy to senior AWS leadership, providing regular updates on pipeline, revenue impact, and competitive positioning
  • Operate with high autonomy, independently identifying strategic opportunities, making investment trade-offs, and executing with minimal oversight

A day in the life

  • Develop AWS strategy for Agentic AI partner GTM
  • Drive consensus across service teams, field sales, partner management, marketing, legal, and partner program teams.
  • Conduct analysis on AWS customer and partner adoption trends
  • Work with a strategic Generative AI GSI partner to define and execute joint sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs.
  • Drive a special project of strategic initiative across AWS highly matrixed organization
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare MBRs, 2x2 for leadership review. Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Build customer and field facing enablement materials including sales plays, decks, and solution briefs

So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
