Practical Nursing Clinical Instructor – Day Program


Lansdale School of Business is looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Instructor to join our Practical Nursing Program!


Do you remember the nurse or instructor who helped you build confidence, sharpen your skills, and believe you could do this?


Now it could be your turn to be that person for someone else.


We are seeking a knowledgeable, encouraging, and student-focused nurse who enjoys teaching in the clinical environment and helping Practical Nursing students turn classroom knowledge into real-world nursing skills.


What You’ll Do:

• Guide Practical Nursing students during daytime clinical experiences
• Help students connect nursing theory to patient care
• Reinforce safe, professional, and compassionate nursing practices
• Coach students as they develop clinical judgment and confidence
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement
• Help prepare the next generation of practical nurses for successful nursing careers

• Communicates well and leads by example
• Can provide both encouragement and accountability
• Understands that students are learning—and sometimes need a little extra guidance
