Practice Administrator

Position Summary:

The primary function of the Practice Administrator is to oversee operations of a network of health care facilities. This position is responsible for overseeing the management of all health center activities and staff within a five-county radius (Etowah, Blount, Cullman, Dekalb, & Marshall counties).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for implementing the corporation’s mission and strategic vision;
2. Provides leadership in developing, planning, and implementing the corporation’s business plans;
3. Recommends, develops, implements improvements for the practice;
4. Informs supervisor about current trends, problems and activities to facilitate policymaking;
5. Assists in establishing and securing approvals and oversees health center operating policies and procedures;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (required), Master’s degree (preferred)in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.
2. Management experience with strong leadership.
3. Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
4. Analytical skills
5. Knowledge of various software programs.
