Practice Administrator, Primary Care Housecalls Opportunity Description

Our client has a newly-established House call and Palliative Care division. They have a current opening for a Practice Administrator, Primary Care Housecalls for their location in High Point, NC.  Primary Care operations experience is necessary. Must be a strategic leader, strong communicator with process improvement skills in primary care. Practice Administrator, Primary Care Housecalls Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; relevant licensure or certification required.
  • 3–5+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a provider or primary care practice setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and financial management.
 
Practice Administrator, Primary Care Housecalls Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daytoday operations of a homebased primary care and palliative care practice; Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
  • Lead, supervise, and develop clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations and quality care.
  • Manage budgets, billing performance, and productivity in collaboration with finance and revenue cycle teams.
