Schedule: 100% in-office, Monday Friday, 8:30am 5pm or 9am 5:30pm with 1-hour lunch (37.5 work week)

Position Overview
The Temporary Practice Coordinator supports attorneys and legal teams with the day-to-day management of client matters, practice operations, and administrative responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organization, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of attorney preferences, client needs, and team workflows while partnering with departments across the organization to ensure seamless support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal teams
Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare, format, revise, and proofread legal and business documents
Coordinate client communications and maintain professionalism in all interactions
Support matter management and various practice-related projects
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments
Collaborate with internal departments and shared services teams
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Qualifications candidates MUST meet these to be considered:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional administrative support experience
Strong proficiency with:
Advanced document formatting and data entry skills
Ability to work onsite five days per week
Must successfully complete a background check
Preferred Experience
Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
Experience as a Legal Secretary, Practice Assistant, Practice Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar support role
Corporate or transactional law practice exposure highly preferred
Professional services experience will also be considered
