Candidates submitted to this position must be self-sufficient with an impeccable attendance record. The location is an offsite satellite and this position is the sole front desk person checking patients in; therefore, theres no back/up person.
Working Title: Practice Coordinator
Schedule: M-F 0800-1700, no weekends
Location: Physical Therapy at Lakeshore (including lab), 1569 Sloat Blvd, Ste 333A, SF, CA 94132
Job duties: Front desk: greeting, registration, check in, scheduling, helping provide excellent pt experience in waiting area and with services
Soft skills/characteristics needed: Pt facing role providing excellence in pt experience and coordination with PT and Lab team
Estimated number of patients in clinic per day or calls per day if call center: PT: 30; Lab 90-100 average
Specific number of years experience? 2+ (admin and/or customer service)
Will they remain at one campus during the entire assignment? yes
Possibility of temp to perm: yes, pending organizational approval
