Plastic Surgeon | Build a Growing Aesthetic Practice| NE Wisconsin

Froedtert ThedaCare Health is seeking a BE/BC Plastic Surgeon with a strong interest in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Surgery to join our growing Plastic Surgery program serving the greater Fox Valley region of Wisconsin.

This is a unique opportunity to build and expand a predominantly aesthetic practice while maintaining a mix of reconstructive and general plastic surgery cases as needed. You will join an established team that includes a reconstructive-focused surgeon and a part-time cosmetic surgeon, creating an opportunity to help shape the future growth of cosmetic and aesthetic services within a collaborative, physician-led health system.

Position Highlights

• Predominantly cosmetic and aesthetic-focused practice with reconstructive cases as needed
• Opportunity to grow and develop a cosmetic surgery program within an established Plastic Surgery service line
• Monday-Friday schedule with approximately 22 clinical contact hours plus dedicated OR time
• Ideal candidate is comfortable performing a broad range of aesthetic procedures, including facelifts, liposuction, breast augmentation, breast reduction, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), body contouring, and other cosmetic procedures
• Trauma call: 1:4
• Dedicated clinic space and access to advanced hospital operating rooms
• Strong referral network with more than 200 primary care physicians and an extensive specialty network

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $700,000-$770,000, based on experience
• $120,000 sign-on bonus
