You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and Legal Assistants within an assigned practice group, helping the team stay on track and provide excellent service to clients. What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Assist Legal Assistants with time entry, expense reports, and billing activitiesHelp with conflict checks, engagement letters, and opening new client mattersSupport electronic and physical file organization and maintenanceAssist with document production, signature packets, and client deliverablesProvide administrative support during busy periods and employee absencesCommunicate with clients professionally and promptlyHelp the practice group manage daily tasks, deadlines, and workflow What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeThe ability to manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and meet deadlinesA professional approach and a commitment to maintaining confidentialityA willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute as part of a teamFamiliarity with legal technology, terminology, or document formats is helpful but not required Education and ExperienceAn associate's or bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or a related field is preferredPrevious administrative or internship experience in a law firm or professional-services environment is a plus ScheduleThis position generally works Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. Occasional work outside of regular business hours may be needed.
