Key Responsibilities for the Practice Group Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support as a dependable Practice Group Assistant, assisting secretaries with daily workflow and tasks
  • Support new matter intake, conflicts checks, and general file management as a detail-oriented Practice Group Assistant with at least 1+ years in a law firm setting
  • Assist with calendaring and docketing as an organized Practice Group Assistant ensuring deadlines are tracked and met
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties as assigned by attorneys and secretaries as a proactive Practice Group Assistant
  • Leverage strong organizational and communication skills as a collaborative Practice Group Assistant to contribute to overall team success
