Position Summary
Kapnick is building a next-generation Personal Insurance Practice focused on serving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and key executives. This is a leadership opportunity to design, build, and scale a premier Private Client offering within a well-established, growth-oriented firm.
This role is not about managing a traditional personal lines departmentit is about creating a differentiated, referral-driven, relationship-centric business that delivers exceptional service to sophisticated clients.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
10+ years in personal insurance, including high net-worth segment
Valid P&C Insurance license: Required
Proven leadership experience
Strong carrier knowledge
Strong relationship builder
Strategic and execution-focused
High emotional intelligence
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to resolve problems independently.
Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Leadership Style
