Equitable Advisor's Wealth Management team is seeking an experienced leader to drive and contribute to meaningful work that shapes how we support clients and financial professionals across the country. The individual will be responsible for driving practice management and financial planning experience and engagement across the advisor ecosystem. As part of this team, you'll be hands-on developing optimized advisor and client solutions, analyzing market trends, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping develop strategies that drive decision‑making across our Wealth Management business.
In this role, you'll be working cross functionality, contributing to meaningful projects, building executive‑ready deliverables and leading advisor conversations showcase your skills and highlight the values of core practice management fundamentals. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with periodic days in office, combining flexibility with team collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing
The base salary range for this position is $111,464 - $183,915 Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
