Our client is looking for a Practice Manager who is responsible for coordinating and executing operational, administrative, and member-support activities for a multi-Chair practice comprising seven peer advisory groups. This dynamic role balances execution of internal logistics with high-level relationship-building in the local business ecosystem to generate qualified introductions for the practice Chairs.
Job Summary:
- Role Type: Hybrid role with periodic in-person event support. - Candidate must live in the Albuquerque / Santa Fe Area.
- Schedule: Business hours, with occasional early morning or evening commitments.
Job Responsibilities for the Practice Manager:
- Plan and coordinate all monthly group meetings and 1:1 sessions across seven practice groups.
- Manage calendars, digital invitations, confirmations, and reminders for members, prospects, and guest speakers.
- Coordinate venues, catering, room setup, A/V equipment, and virtual platform logistics for both online and in-person sessions.
- Produce and distribute agendas, pre-reads, member materials, and comprehensive post-meeting summaries.
- Support new member onboarding, including welcoming communications, orientation scheduling, CRM setup, and profile collection.
- Prepare Chair briefing materials for group meetings and 1:1s, spotlighting member updates, business issues, and anniversaries.
- Source and coordinate external thought leaders; manage logistics, pre-calls, travel, and post-session evaluations.
- Oversee large-scale events such as multi-group retreats, regional gatherings, workshops, and joint-group meetings.
- Draft member newsletters, survey templates, social media content, and pitch decks to enhance Chair branding and growth.
- Invest weekly time in outward-facing community building to generate 4–8 qualified, warm introductions to the Chairs monthly.
- Build a focused network of professional Centers of Influence (COIs) including CPAs, corporate attorneys, commercial bankers, and consultants.
- Attend premium events such as local chambers of commerce, curated executive groups, and partner roundtables.
- Coordinate small, high-value awareness activities like invite-only executive briefings to attract ideal leader candidates.
Qualifications for the Practice Manager:
- At least 5+ years in operations, program coordination or community outreach roles.
- Proven history supporting senior executives, corporate coaches, consultants, or business peer advisory groups.
- Professional experience within consulting, professional services, associations, or membership organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suited for engaging confidently with CEOs, founders, and corporate leaders.
- High proficiency with modern CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and office suites like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- High integrity and absolute discretion when handling confidential business, financial, and personal member data.
- Outgoing personality with a genuine love for structured networking, presentation, and building commercial relationships.
- Calm under pressure with a flexible, growth-oriented mindset capable of adapting to an expanding business practice.
Compensation for the Practice Manager:
$70,000 - $80,000 Annually
