As aPractice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a healthcarepractice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintainingefficient administrative processes. Your leadership will be essential inmanaging staff, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the patient experience.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Manage the operational aspects of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement processes to ensure financial viability.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, addressing concerns and enhancing the overall patient experience.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and patient care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Analyze practice performance metrics to identifyareas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, ora related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare management, with at least two years ina practice management role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, billing practices, andregulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in practice management software and electronic health record(EHR) system.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
