We are seeking a Practice Manager to join our Urology team!
The Practice Manager leads the daily clinical and administrative operations of a high-performing ambulatory practice. This role ensures exceptional patient service, efficient workflows, and strong team leadership across hospital-based, community-based, or private practice settings.
You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, optimizing resources, and supporting both patients and providers in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Financial Management
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED
5-8 years of related experience
1-3 years of supervisory or management experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital and ambulatory clinic operations
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of:
Medical terminology
Business and financial systems
Proven organizational, initiative, and problem-solving skills
Ability to respond effectively to both routine and complex situations
Proficiency with:
Web-based systems
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Pay Range:
$70,720.00 USD - $113,152.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
