Key Responsibilities

• Partner with practice leadership on operational and strategic initiatives

• Support attorney staffing, development, and performance processes
• \n
• Monitor practice metrics, utilization, and resource allocation
• \n
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and other business services teams
• \n
• Drive operational improvements and team effectiveness

• Practice Management, Attorney Development, Legal Talent, Professional Development, Legal Operations, or related law firm experience

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

• Experience supporting attorneys, practice groups, or business operations
