Pinnacle Wound Management is seeking an experienced, highly organized Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our physician -led wound care practice serving skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long -term care (LTC), rehabilitation, and post -acute care settings.<\/span>

The Practice Manager serves as the operational hub of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination between providers, facility partners, billing, credentialing, recruiting, marketing, and vendors. This individual plays a vital role in supporting clinical excellence, driving operational efficiency, and facilitating continued growth across multiple markets.<\/span>

The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, and compliance functions of a multi -provider wound care practice. Working closely with executive leadership, physicians, advanced practice providers, and facility partners, this role ensures efficient workflows, provider support, timely reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>

Practice Operations<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Oversee the day -to -day operations of the wound care practice across multiple territories.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor provider schedules and coordinate coverage to ensure uninterrupted patient care.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between providers and skilled nursing facility partners.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Identify operational issues and implement timely, effective solutions.<\/span>

    Revenue Cycle Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Coordinate with billing and coding teams to ensure timely claim submission and reimbursement.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Monitor claim aging, denials, and billing backlogs while collaborating on corrective action plans.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support documentation quality initiatives to improve coding accuracy and reimbursement.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Track key revenue cycle metrics and operational performance indicators.<\/span>

      Provider Operations<\/span><\/span><\/b>

      • Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of physicians and advanced practice providers.<\/span>

      • Coordinate orientation, EMR access, equipment, and operational readiness for new providers.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Maintain provider schedules, coverage plans, and territory assignments.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Serve as an ongoing operational resource for providers.<\/span>

        Credentialing & Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Coordinate payer enrollment, including Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance plans, PECOS, and CAQH.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Track provider licenses, DEA registrations, malpractice insurance, collaborative agreements, and credential expiration dates.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Assist with audits, accreditation activities, and compliance initiatives.<\/span>

          Facility Relations<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Build and maintain strong relationships with skilled nursing facilities and post -acute partners.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Coordinate facility onboarding and implementation of new wound care programs.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Address operational concerns and facilitate communication between facilities and providers.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Support high levels of client satisfaction through responsive service and proactive problem -solving.<\/span>

            Vendor & Supply Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>

            • Manage relationships with wound care supply vendors and service providers.<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Coordinate ordering, inventory, shipping, and distribution of clinical supplies.<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Negotiate pricing and monitor vendor performance to optimize costs and service levels.<\/span>

              Business Growth & Marketing Support<\/span><\/span><\/b>

              • Support marketing initiatives and new facility implementations.<\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Coordinate operational readiness for territory expansion.<\/span>

              • Collaborate with business development teams to ensure successful client onboarding.<\/span>

              • Assist leadership with strategic growth initiatives and special projects.<\/span>

                  • Experience working with physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, or post -acute care organizations.<\/span>

                  • Knowledge of medical billing, coding, credentialing, and healthcare reimbursement.<\/span>

                  • Strong understanding of Medicare and commercial payer processes.<\/span>
