Oversee associate and senior associate staffing, workflow allocation, and utilization. Analyze performance, utilization, and productivity data to deliver actionable insights. Partner with senior leadership and practice group leaders to optimize team effectiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across offices, including West Coast counterparts. Prepare and present clear, strategic reporting (not just raw data) to senior stakeholders.
