Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Practice Manager!
The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the functions of the Northwest Digestive Center. The Practice Manager will ensure that the registration, billing, collection, and medical records departments are in compliance with the philosophy, policies, procedures, goals, and budget of the organization as well as the corporation. This position will ensure that the fiscal functions of the clinics are conducted in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices and specific practices as established from time to time by the organization. This position will also ensure that the billing and coding practices of the clinics are in accordance with all State, Federal, and local laws. The Practice Manager will ensure that the integrity of information pertaining to the facilitys patients, staff, and physicians is protected and that records pertaining to both the medical and billing records for all patients are maintained in an accurate and confidential manner.
