Position Summary
This role leads day-to-day clinical operations and supervision for RNs across multiple ambulatory service lines in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The Practice Manager ensures high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care while supporting staff development, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
The Practice Manager oversees the clinical and operational performance of RN staff across Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care. This leader ensures that care delivery meets performance standards, regulatory standards, supports population-health goals, and aligns with the organizations mission to provide high quality care. This role partners closely with NP clinical leaders in each department who supervise and direct the clinical work of RNs at SBCHC.
