Practice Manager

We are partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy outpatient clinic. This leadership opportunity is ideal for someone with strong healthcare operations and people management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations
• Supervise administrative and clinical support staff
• Monitor workflows, productivity, and patient satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Partner with providers and executive leadership
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational efficiencies
• Support revenue cycle and practice performance initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of healthcare management experience
• Experience leading medical office teams
• Strong operational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Bachelor's degree preferred
