Practice Manager

Town Creek Dental is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team!

Our practice prides itself on delivering top-quality patient care while promoting a positive work environment for our team. The ideal candidate will build strong working relationships with our dentist and staff, promote teamwork, and help us deliver exemplary patient care.

Schedule:
Full-time, in-person
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Every other Friday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Verify insurance and complete detailed benefit breakdowns
• Schedule patient appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Collect co-payments
• Present treatment plans

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of dental office experience required
• Management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of dental insurance
• Experience presenting treatment plans
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
