Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising and participating in the daily operations of the practice.
- Assigns and schedules work duties and provides orientation and training to personnel.
- Monitors and oversees work activities.
- Maintains medical and office supplies and is responsible for the operational budget.
- Identifies and recommends improvements in work procedures.
- Perform as primary liaison between administration, physicians and outside organizations/vendors to coordinate business practices, accomplish directives, and identify and facilitate the resolution of problems within general business operations and the delivery of patient care.
- Consistently promote good customer service and effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
Job Preferred Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience preferred
- Clinical experience strong preferred
- Previous medical office experience preferred
