We are looking for an experienced, driven, and highly organized Practice Manager & Surgery Coordinator to join our team. This is a dual role that combines practice operations management with a patient-facing, sales-driven surgery coordination function.

The Practice Manager & Surgery Coordinator will be responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
  • Coordinate all aspects of surgical procedures, including patient consultations, surgery scheduling, quoting, and case closing.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Quad A standards, and all applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee practice financial operations, including billing, invoicing, budgeting, and revenue management.
  • Lead, train, and supervise office staff to maintain a high-performing and patient-focused team.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using EMR/EHR systems and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Partner with providers to enhance operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice growth.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • Proven experience in medical practice management, healthcare administration, or a similar leadership role.
  • Experience coordinating surgical procedures, preferably within a plastic or cosmetic surgery practice.
  • Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, including PatientNow, Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience managing staff, practice operations, and financial performance.
  • In-depth understanding of plastic and cosmetic surgery procedures and patient consultation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to close surgery consultations and achieve conversion goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay Rate Range: $65000 - $75000 yearly.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
