Practice Supervisor (RN) - Full -Time

The Staff Pad is partnering with a reputed hospital in beautiful Helena, MT and we are looking for a Practice Supervisor (RN) who is a hands -on leader, enjoys mentoring teams, improving workflows, and making a direct impact on patient care every day.<\/span><\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Lead and support daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, high -quality patient care<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Provide real -time coaching, mentoring, and support to clinical and patient access staff<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Serve as a visible, approachable resource for staff, patients, and providers<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Help coordinate staffing assignments and workflow priorities throughout the day<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth patient flow<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new and existing team members<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to reinforce workflows, support staff development, and oversee daily operations without responsibility for budgeting or long -term strategic planning<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Hands -On Patient Care<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  Approximately 40–50% of this role involves direct and indirect patient care responsibilities, including:<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Rooming patients<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assisting with triage<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Supporting clinical coverage during peak times<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Modeling expected standards, excellence in patient care and teamwork<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    Required Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Current BLS certification<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Experience<\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      • Previous experience overseeing clinic or unit operations<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Demonstrates growing leadership capabilities and continued professional development<\/span><\/span>
