The Staff Pad is partnering with a reputed hospital in beautiful Helena, MT and we are looking for a Practice Supervisor (RN) who is a hands-on leader, enjoys mentoring teams, improving workflows, and making a direct impact on patient care every day.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care
- Provide real-time coaching, mentoring, and support to clinical and patient access staff
- Serve as a visible, approachable resource for staff, patients, and providers
- Help coordinate staffing assignments and workflow priorities throughout the day
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth patient flow
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new and existing team members
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to reinforce workflows, support staff development, and oversee daily operations without responsibility for budgeting or long-term strategic planning
Hands-On Patient Care
Approximately 40–50% of this role involves direct and indirect patient care responsibilities, including:
- Rooming patients
- Assisting with triage
- Supporting clinical coverage during peak times
- Modeling expected standards, excellence in patient care and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience overseeing clinic or unit operations
- Demonstrates growing leadership capabilities and continued professional development
