Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Practice Technology Specialist focused on Computational Design to join the firm as part of our Information Technology team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities
This position will develop and implement best practices and workflows for all Corgan Offices with a primary focus on computational design solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing BIM leadership and mentoring to staff of all levels. They will develop strong business relationships and enhance day-to-day operations in the firm by being a conscientious, dependable, organized and detail-oriented team player.
This position will support architects and interior designers in practice technology implementation throughout the design and construction process. The selected candidate will provide technical assistance through in-person, phone, and instant message communication.
This position will be a vocal advocate for practice technology best practices. The selected candidate will conduct training sessions in their local office, as well as other Corgan offices through targeted travel.
Develop and maintain add-ins for Revit
Develop and maintain project-specific and firm-wide Python scripts
Develop and maintain project-specific and firm-wide Grasshopper scripts
Develop and maintain project-specific and firm-wide Dynamo graphs
Independently conduct practice technology related Research and Development
Integration of Revit and Rhino with other applications
Establish and support workflows related to:
Computational Design
BIM & Digital Project Delivery
Visualization
Reality Capture
Sustainability and building performance data workflows
Construction Administration
Develop and perform computational design and BIM related training sessions across the firm
Develop and maintain UI/UX, matching company brand standards
Qualifications
This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.

Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000 annually - Los Angeles, CA location only
The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in Los Angeles only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
