Job Description:
The Arizona State University (ASU) School of Social Work (SSW) Practicum Education Coordinator works as part of a team to provide support services to social work students seeking internship placement, develop/coordinate new practicum specialist and new practicum specialist Senior mentoring/training and provide quality assurance tasks. This position provide support to the Practicum Manager, staff and BSW/MSW students in their Practicum education program located in Metropolitan Phoenix, Tucson, Yuma, BSW, and MSW Online.
The Practicum Education Coordinator is involved in assuring that internship placement information is accurately reflected on the department's data management systems and in multi-media, assists with training efforts, and provides direct services to students regarding field concerns and problem resolution. This position also supports the School's program objectives, policies and procedures.
This position is based at the Phoenix Downtown campus and on-site work will be required. The anticipated start date is immediate.
Position Salary Range:
$55,000 - $55,800 per year; DOE
