Production / Packaging Associate

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift: Start time between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM, ending at 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production/Packaging Associates to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for packaging premium food products while maintaining quality, efficiency, and food safety standards. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a refrigerated production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Package products according to quality and production standards.
• Label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Assemble boxes, prepare packaging materials, and palletize finished goods.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with other production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous production or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must be able to communicate and follow instructions in English.

Work Environment

• Cold/refrigerated food manufacturing environment.
• Standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Repetitive hand movements and frequent lifting.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and may include hairnet, beard net (if applicable), gloves, smock, safety glasses, and slip-resistant shoes.
