Description
Pay: $17.50/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift 10pm-6am
- Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift.
Job Duties
- Assemble industrial fan components following work instructions and diagrams
- Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring devices for accurate assembly
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe work area (6S and safety compliance)
- Work with team members to support production goals and improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams
- Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/bending throughout shift
- Comfortable in a production environment with PPE and moderate noise
