Qualifications:
To be considered for the Preconstruction Manager position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in preconstruction management in the construction industry.
2. Expertise in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
3. Proficient in a broad spectrum of digital construction tools. (Timberline, Microsoft Office, bid management systems, online plan rooms, and Bluebeam).
4. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and practices.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse team of professionals.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the project.
7. A proven track record of managing preconstruction activities for large-scale construction projects.
8. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
