We're recruiting on behalf of our client, Allstate Fire Texas, a family-owned fire protection company serving commercial customers in MO, KS, TX and OK.
Why work for Allstate Fire Texas:
We're family-owned, and that's not a line on a careers page. It's the reason you'll know who signs your check and can call them directly.
You share in what you build. On top of a 401(k) with company match, we run a genuine profit-sharing plan. When the company has a strong year, so do you.
We staff for real life. Flexible scheduling, real paid time off, and managers who understand you have a family, a doctor's appointment, and a kid's game on Thursday.
There's a path up. We pay for training on new products and systems, and we promote from within. The techs who've been here longest are the ones running things.
You'll have what you need. Company support, current tools, and paperless workflows, not a clipboard and a "figure it out."
What you'll do
Sell, inspect, service, and repair pre-engineered suppression systems across a steady route of commercial customers:
You'll work out of ServiceTrade on an iPad. Time, service records, and deficiencies get documented on-site and sent to the customer before you leave. No end-of-day paperwork pile, and no waiting a week to get a repair approved. You spot the deficiency, you show the customer, you fix it the same day.
Your repair and upgrade work is rewarded. Performance bonuses are tied to it, and we train you on new product lines specifically so you have more to offer your accounts.
You'll manage your own route and your own day. We'll set you up and back you up, and we won't hover.
What you'll bring

Benefits
Ready to talk?
If you've been turning wrenches on pre-engineered systems and you're tired of being a number, send us your resume. We read every one, and we'll get back to you either way.
Our client has built their reputation the slow way, by showing up when they said they would and standing behind the work. Allstate Fire Texas is family-owned, which means decisions get made by people you can actually reach rather than a regional office three states away. That shows up in how they treat their technicians. They invest in training instead of expecting you to arrive knowing everything, they give their techs room to run their own routes, and they've put real money behind employee retention through profit sharing and a 401(k) match. Their crew tends to stay, and the people who have been there longest are the ones now running the place. If you're looking for a company where good work gets noticed by someone who knows your name, this is that kind of shop.
