Implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and activities
Create a structured and positive classroom environment
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Lead daily learning activities, including early literacy, math, science, art, and hands-on learning
Follow the school's curriculum and learning standards
Maintain accurate classroom records and required documentation
Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding their child's development and daily experiences Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
Supervise children at all times and follow health and safety procedures
Guide children's behavior using positive classroom management techniques
Collaborate with classroom assistants and other staff members
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development
Follow all Texas childcare licensing requirements and company policies
Previous preschool or Pre-K teaching experience preferred
Experience working with 4-year-old children strongly preferred
