About the Role: Bright Minds Bright Beginnings LLC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Educator to join our growing team in Philadelphia, PA! This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years. Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for Pre-K students
Monitor and assess individual student development, growth, and learning milestones
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities
Incorporate play-based learning, social-emotional development, and literacy readiness into daily instruction
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and developmental documentation
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development goals
Requirements:
CDA
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
2 years + prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups strongly preferred
Knowledge of PA early learning standards and developmentally appropriate practices
Valid Pennsylvania child abuse clearances and background checks (or willingness to obtain)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
