Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to Pre-K students.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage social and emotional development through interactive activities.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's growth.
- Utilize age-appropriate educational resources and technology.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.
