About the Role:
Phoenix Kids Club LLC in Jonesboro, GA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Pre-K developmental standards
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for early learners
• Monitor and assess each child's social, emotional, and academic development
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
• Implement structured daily routines including circle time, free play, and learning activities
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development
• Maintain accurate attendance, developmental records, and classroom documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups strongly preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children
• Ability to pass a background check as required by state childcare regulations
