About the Role: Northbridge Child Development Center in Saint Paul, MN is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our dedicated team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a warm, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum for Pre-K students
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth
Facilitate social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among students
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development
Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom space
Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children
Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations
