Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Developmental Pre K Teacher credentials or equivalent experience in early childhood education
• Certifications Requirements: Valid teaching certification/license in Indiana or relevant credentials for pre-kindergarten education
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a school or childcare setting, with strong skills in early childhood development and classroom management
• Other Requirements: Must have excellent communication skills, a nurturing approach, a background check completed, and ability to work day shifts (days). Soft skills like patience, creativity, and teamwork are essential.
