Winner of Best of the Main Line two years in a row is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our dedicated team in Wayne, PA! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a warm, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood education standards
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for Pre-K students
• Monitor and assess individual student development, growth, and school readiness
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and milestones
• Incorporate play-based learning, social-emotional development, and early literacy activities
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support whole-child development
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation in compliance with program requirements

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required
• Prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and early learning frameworks
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI Background Check, and Criminal History required
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
