About the Role:

The Learning Experience #403 in West Chester, OH is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with pre-k curriculum standards Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for children ages 3-5 Monitor and document student development, milestones, and behavioral progress Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child growth and classroom activities Guide social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among young students Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom setting

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Previous experience in a preschool, pre-k, or childcare setting strongly preferred Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices Strong classroom management and communication skills CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass a background check in accordance with state childcare regulations Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
