• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with pre-k curriculum standards
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for children ages 3-5
• Monitor and document student development, milestones, and behavioral progress
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child growth and classroom activities
• Guide social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among young students
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom setting

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a preschool, pre-k, or childcare setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass a background check in accordance with state childcare regulations
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
