This candidate should be aggressive, focused, and have the ability to handle a large, active docket of personal injury cases throughout Ohio while working in a fast-paced, professional environment. The primary office location is in Cincinnati.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInvestigate case facts and develop damages evidenceNegotiate all aspects of case settlements (including lien resolution) where appropriateMaintain communication and positive relationships with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel and insurance representativesWork with teams to accomplish law firm goalsSupervise support staffReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.RequirementsAdmitted to practice law in the State of OhioMinimum 2-5 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury practiceInsurance defense and/or prior claims handling experience is a major advantageProficiency in MS Office requiredKnowledge of Litify case management software preferredExcellent interpersonal and overall superior communication and presentation skillsSuperior negotiation skills and ability to work under pressureKisling, Nestico & Redick is one of the largest plaintiff firms in Ohio with offices statewide.
