This is a full-time, in-person role based in our office. The ideal candidate will combine strong legal acumen in pre-litigation with proven people‑leadership skills to drive case outcomes, mentor the team, and maintain high standards of efficiency and client service.Must-Have QualificationsBar Admission: Active license to practice law in California.Experience:4+ years of hands‑on pre‑litigation experience (demand letters, settlement negotiations, discovery, insurance carrier dealings, etc.).Core Skills:Strong negotiation and settlement skills with a proven track record of achieving favorable resolutions pre‑suit.Excellent leadership and team development abilities; able to train, motivate, and hold Case Managers/Assistant Case Managers accountable.Superior written and verbal communication skills (clear, professional demand packages and client updates).High-level organization and case management; able to oversee a high-volume docket while ensuring team compliance with deadlines and best practices.Work Style: In‑office presence required (not remote/hybrid).
