Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a well-established and growing plaintiff personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing cases from intake through settlement while providing exceptional client service and working closely with attorneys.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters through the pre-litigation process
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through each stage of their case
Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, experts, witnesses, and other parties
Collect, review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, financial documents, and other case-related materials
Assist attorneys with case development, strategy, and demand preparation
Anticipate attorney needs, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions
Maintain accurate case files and deadlines using Filevine or a similar case management system
Qualifications:
3+ years of plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation experience required
Strong client service, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with Filevine or similar legal case management software preferred
Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary up to $75,000, depending on experience
