If your ideal day involves helping others, making organizational improvements, and growing, we want to meet you.What you'll do:Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management, including deadlines, Settlement Disbursal Statements, and recommendations for cost and time-effective ways to accomplish the client's needsManage timelines and deadlines of each of your assigned casesWork on each case quickly and efficiently, along with the attorney, from beginning to endMeet with new and existing clientsDraft legal documents, including pleas and motions for attorney reviewIdentify issues and solve problems quicklyCommunicate with clients and insurance adjusters regularlyCommunicate effectively with our internal records specialists and investigators to ensure the correct and complete investigative and medical records are obtained in a timely mannerEnter detailed notes and keep cases updated in our case management system, LitifyQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1‑year experience as an insurance adjuster, legal assistant, legal secretary, paralegal, case management, or project managementBachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detailAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment and meet all deadlinesExcellent organizational and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
